Unit-dose (pouch) medication packaging customized for seniors in care—improving adherence and reducing confusion.
Quarterly medication reviews for residents: a structured evaluation of every resident’s medications with the goal of optimising therapy, resolving issues, and reducing risk of adverse events (falls, interactions, cognitive effects).
Regular “chemical restraint” reviews for seniors’ homes—evaluating psychotropic or sedative‐type medications and supporting de-prescribing when appropriate.
Assistance with special-authorization forms (for insurances) — including completion and submission to ensure access to needed medications.
